Stereolithography files (.stl): Can be opened with any 3D design programs (e.g. Windows’ Visor 3D, Blender…). Image files (.tif, .jpg): Any image reader programs should open these files (Authors recommend ImageJ-Fiji for .tif files). Data files (.txt, .dat): Can be seen with Origin, Excel or Notepad. Scattering data files (.edf): Specific X-ray Scattering programs (e.g. Fit2D) or Python scripts can read these files. Python scripts files (.py): Python: Anaconda Distribution – Spyder IDE 5.5.1 – Python 3.11.9 Specific Libraries: - Numpy 1.26.4 - Pandas 2.1.4 - Seaborn 0.13.2 - Matplotlib 3.8.0 - Os - Fabio 2024.4.0 - Scikit-learn 1.5.0
